Motorsport can be dangerous

Despite the organisers taking all reasonable precautions, unavoidable accidents can happen.

Personal accident cover is available through NORA 92 in the form of a day or annual licence.

Rider Briefing

Motorsport is inherently dangerous and carries the risk of serious injury or death.

Your safety and that of others depends on following these instructions at all times.

Rider Requirements

All riders, including juniors, must sign on in person at the office and collect their wristband before taking a bike onto the track.

Mandatory protective equipment:

  • A properly fitted safety helmet
  • Goggles or protective safety glasses
  • Boots covering the ankle
  • Gloves

Chest and back protectors are strongly recommended.

Track Access & Sessions

Entry and exit to the track (one-way system) is located at the top of the paddock, next to the concrete road.

A flag will be displayed on the main track to indicate which session is running. The flag colour will match your wristband.

Session order and duration may be adjusted during the day. Please remain attentive to announcements.

Use your first laps as sighting laps to:

  • Assess track conditions
  • Identify marshal posts and exits
  • Decide if you are comfortable to continue riding

Flag Signals

Yellow flag (static or waved): Incident ahead – slow down and be prepared to avoid an obstruction.

Red flag: Stop immediately. A marshal will advise whether to wait or return slowly to the paddock.

Chequered flag: End of session – exit the track safely.

Track Conduct

Always follow the designated track direction – no shortcuts, no reversing direction.

Dangerous riding that could endanger yourself or others will not be permitted.

Maximum of 35 riders per session on the main track (may be reduced depending on track and rider standards).

Riders may be reallocated to different groups if necessary.
